The Central Workflow System (CWS) was born out of a need for up to date information centred on service delivery. Today CWS provides a cloud-based web application providing centralised visibility for everyone involved in every step of service delivery.

If the need arises recalls can be accommodated from registration, advertising service and Government department reporting. Compilation of returns/reworks reports to support factory claims.

Refurbishment for products accommodated from process, instructions, collection of product to central service location or on site service plus reporting.
